July 1st is the deadline for this knitting. One more week. I have spent since January working on 2 very large projects and I can't say I will miss this. Next week there will be a bath and blocking for this last part of the secret knitting and then my plan is to move on to a small project. Maybe a shrug.
I've been shooting a lot of photos in the garden/meadow this week. The colors are so vibrant and there are 2 newbies to the family...alliums and bee balm.
Linking up with Ginny!
That is a LOT of stitch markers, Wanda!! Wow! I was out taking pictures of my gardens the past two days and love seeing what's blooming in your garden. :)
ReplyDeleteThe pictures of the garden are beautiful! I always love looking at the flowers! Can't wait to see what the secret project is! :)
ReplyDeleteI was thinking that too - a LOT of stitch markers. Gorgeous photos of the garden. We are in winter here, so I am in planning mode as only a little happening in the garden.
ReplyDeleteLovely work! But, yes, you're wise to offset a series of large projects with a few quick, satisfying knits ; )
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful flowers! I'm sure you will be happy to get the blanket off your needles and on to the recipient. It looks so very soft!
ReplyDeletePurple bee balm, monarda, I have both purple and red in my garden...absolutely love it!
ReplyDeleteI am hoping you will share you finished project...love your photos.
