My sewing machine seems to be working again! The embroidery was freezing for a while which made it very hard to get any design completed.

On this Holy Thursday I leave you with my thoughts.
Do you live to serve yourself or God.
Your answer defines who you are.
If you live to serve yourself, then you believe everyone has rights for everything. You believe that happiness is the most important goal. You believe that no one should be condemned. And you believe that everything you achieve is from your own hard work.
If you live to serve God, then you believe the difference between man made rights and God given laws. You believe that through suffering you will attain happiness. You believe that condemnation can be yoked with compassion. And you believe that everything you have achieved is a gift from God because of the gifts he has given you.
Make sure you wear your pearls for Easter!
ReplyDeleteI believe in God but I don't believe at all in your rules while I do. In fact I think they are quite harmful. Suffering is NOT happiness. And condemning people is really NOT your business - that really does belong to God.
