Summer Begins

Even though the calendar says we are 20 days away from the official start of summer, school is out and Grandmother's schedule has changed with these littles.  Three days a week I have Patrick and Rachel and we have a long list of activities planned.  Patrick's first year in Vacation Bible School, a week at Zoo School and many side trips.

Their mother buys me a zoo pass in the summer and we practically live there.  And so this morning was our first trip.  We divide the zoo into sections and cover a different one each trip.  Spending about 2 hours each time we can be home for lunch and naps.  Some days we also ride the train and this year a new Splash Pad has been added!

I should have a nice tan by the wedding:)))
