*Two of my favorite things are knitting and reading, and the evidence of this often shows up in my photographs. I love seeing what other people are knitting and reading as well. So, what are you knitting or crocheting right now? What are you reading?
Fall has arrived and I have decorated in full force. I blogged about it here. over the weekend. I have never gone so overboard with Fall before. The bug just bit me and off I went! Don't you love those gourds below?
Oh! The knitting. Yes, well that is the shawl from here. Our family picture day is fast approaching and I want to have this complete. By the time this post I will have finished the last repeat and begun the edging. I love Mad Tosh yarn and this is not disappointing. Chicory is the colorway.
My reading is on hold for a bit, but I thought I might share a little more Fall décor.
This area was excavated when we laid the stone path and for a year it has been left bare. I really want more stone there, so hopefully in the spring we can tackle that.
I love this pumpkin! I have never seen one striped like this. It is called a Cinderella Pumpkin!
This one captured my attention because of the stem. It looked like it had just been plucked from the vine.
A few garden mums that were added. They are perennial here.
And lastly, I filled my wire basket with mums, ferns and sweet potato vine.
Thanks, Ginny for the link up! It is always the highlight of my blogging week!
I love all your fall decorating and one of these days I'm going to let myself indulge in some Madelinetosh - I love that colorway, Chicory!
