Yarn Along

~ Two of my favorite things are knitting and reading, and the evidence of this often shows up in my photographs.  I love seeing what other people are knitting and reading as well. So, what are you knitting or crocheting right now? What are you reading?

The body of the blanket is finished. All I need to knit is the other feather and fan edge. Can you see that in the first photo?I know my explanation last week was pretty lame, but hopefully from these pictures you can see what I mean.  And I have even now frogged the new edge! :((((  By next week I should be showing you pictures of this blocking and hopefully some pretty pinks I'll be working on.

I don't have a book to post this week.  I've been looking at magazines.  The ones with girls in long, white dresses.  You know....they have rings on their fingers.  :)))))

Did you stop over at Jenny's?  She is hosting a giveaway of my bags and this weekend Ginny will be as well!
Can't wait to see what is on your needles!

  8. That blanket is beautiful! Love your drawstring bags and entered the giveaway in hopes of winning one! I was just thinking to myself the other day that I really "need" a good project bag for my knitting but whenever I have a smidge of extra money to spend on knitting... it goes to yarn!

  11. Hi, love your bags by the way, I'm trying to find out info on the loopy lamb on the Drawstrings page. My granddaughter is expecting her first child (my first great grandchild) & I would love to make a family of sheep for her. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you, Paula Ball
