Yarn Along

~ Two of my favorite things are knitting and reading, and the evidence of this often shows up in my photographs.  I love seeing what other people are knitting and reading as well. So, what are you knitting or crocheting right now? What are you reading?

The new blanket is proving to be a relaxing knit. Thank goodness after the last one.  After this gray section, I will add in the first pink.  It has bee a long while since I had multiple colors in a blanket and I am quiet enjoying it.  I've been watching Little Men on Netflix while knitting.  I never read the book, so I don't know what sort of creative license they took, but it is a cute story.

As far as reading, I am not.  I have been captivated by Scott Hahn's online audio studies.  I am listening to The Splendor of the Church and loving it!  I always have enjoyed being a student and now I can do it with coffee in my hand and pj's on my body!  And for free!!

Linking up with Ginny this week!

  5. I like the colors you're knitting with, Wanda; quite the contrast with the colors and the stockinette/garter stripes! We read Little Men a couple years ago and enjoyed it. :)

PS: I announced my winner today...how shall we proceed? ~Lisa

  19. Very beautiful colours and I'll bet it'll be even prettier after the pink is added too - I haven't seen MadMen yet but if it's anything like Heroes (which I just discovered on Netflix) then it would be right up my alley!
