Yarn Along

Half of the secret knitting is finished.  I wish I could tell you what it is and the occasion, but not just yet.   It was so large I had to improvise on how the blocking.  There still wasn't enough room, but it worked. The other half is being cast on and you will be seeing that project in the next weeks.  Same yarn, Berocco Vintage, but this in navy blue.

I didn't take a picture but have hopped on the Kristin Lavransdatter group and checked it out from the library.  It's huge.  We shall see!

Wedding planning's kicked into full gear here.  Six months out and so much to do.  Bus reservations tomorrow and hopefully the list to the calligrapher finalized!

Linking up with Ginny!!!

  1. It's a tablecloth! I knew it! ;-) Seriously though, navy blue for the other half? That kind of blows the wedding idea out of the water....Can't wait to find out!

I'm glad you jumped on the KL wagon! I hope you enjoy it, and I hope you have a good translation. The Triina Nunnally translation is supposed to be the best. I'm currently reading Undset's Catherine of Siena and it's no less huge considering she lived half as long as Kristin!
